From Airport

By Taxi. Estimated two hours needed to reach the venue from the airport via toll road. The cost of taxi is around IDR 250,000, toll fare excluded with around IDR 30,000. You can go to Taxi counter around Arrival Terminal, or please contact Airport staff to assist you to find nearest Taxi.

By Bus. Since 2014, Depok Bus Terminal provided bus from the Bus Terminal to Airport and vice versa. After exiting Arrival Terminal, there is “Hiba Utama” bus counter and ask for the schedule and seat. The estimated cost is IDR 60,000 with two and a half until three hours length of journey. The bus will stop near Bumi Wiyata Hotel and Hotel Santika Depok. Please inform the bus crew where do you want to stop. If you choose to stay in The Margo Hotel, we recommend you to use taxi from the Airport.

From Railway Station

There are several big railway stations that may become your arrival station in Jakarta, such as Gambir StationPasar Senen StationJatinegara StationManggarai Station, Tanjung Priuk Station, Tanah Abang Station, and Jakarta Kota Station. Most of the stations connected with Commuter Rail System, which may take you around Jakarta and its satellite cities. Except for Gambir Station, you can directly go to ticket booth to purchase your ticket to Universitas Indonesia Station, with the estimated cost around IDR 10,000. For arriving passengers from Gambir Station who desire to go to the venue by train, can ask nearest public transportation to Gondangdia Station, which connected with Commuter Rail System. After arrived at Pondok Cina Station, you can across Margonda Road to the venue directly.

Visa on Arrival is neither a work visa nor a visit visa. Therefore, it can not be extended or converted into another immigration permit. The maximum stay permitted is thirty (30) days and could be extended (one time) for a maximum thirty (30) days  The general requirements for visa on arrival are:
